Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Game Strategist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in game design, economy building, and player engagement strategy. You will be instrumental in shaping the core gameplay mechanics, retention systems, and monetization frameworks that power our games. This role requires both analytical rigor and creative vision. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of gameplay systems, player progression, and in-game economies. Design and refine strategies to enhance player engagement, retention, and monetization. Collaborate with game designers, developers, UI/UX teams, and marketers to align product vision and goals. Analyze game data and user behavior to optimize game loops, difficulty curves, and in-app purchase strategies. Monitor live game performance and proactively propose updates and balancing adjustments. Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor games to keep our products innovative and competitive. Required Qualifications 3–4 years of experience as a Game Strategist, Game Designer, or Product Owner in the gaming industry. Proven success in developing and optimizing in-game systems and monetization strategies. Deep understanding of game design principles, behavioral psychology, and free-to-play business models. Experience working with analytics platforms and interpreting player data to inform decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
