Fundraising Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented professional to join our team as an Investor Relations Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, connect with, and onboard potential investors for our company.

The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, experience in investment sourcing, and the ability to present business proposals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with potential investors, venture capitalists, angel investors, and private equity firms.
• Present the company’s business model, growth potential, and investment opportunities to prospective investors.
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain regular communication with existing investors, providing company updates, reports, and financial performance summaries.
• Organise investor meetings, pitch sessions, webinars, and other investor engagement events.
• Prepare investor pitch decks, business proposals, and financial forecasts with the help of the finance and leadership teams.
• Conduct market research to identify new investor leads.
• Negotiate investment terms in coordination with management and legal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, business development, or financial sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and existing investor contacts (preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of investment trends, financial markets, and capital raising processes.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary + *Attractive Incentive/Commission* on successful investor acquisition.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
