SNEHA (Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action) is a Mumbai-based non-profit working to improve the health, nutrition, and safety of vulnerable women and children. With 450+ staff and a presence across MMR, we drive impactful change at the grassroots and policy level.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional with a background in marketing, sales, or business development to join our fundraising team. If you’re great at building relationships, pitching ideas, and managing stakeholder engagement — this is your chance to create meaningful impact!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pitch to CSR partners, foundations, HNIs, and retail donors
• Coordinate proposals, donor communications, reports & follow-ups
• Lead fundraising campaigns, crowdfunding, and donor events
• Manage donor database, support site visits, and volunteer engagement
• Work cross-functionally with programs, finance, and communications teams

What We’re Looking For

• Postgraduate with 3–4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, or business development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
