Full-Time Creative Designer – Job Description (8 Hrs/Day, Monthly Plan)

👤 Position: Creative Designer

Location: Onsite

Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day (Mon–Sat)

Reporting To: Creative Director / CEO

Monthly Salary: 18,000- 25,000 based on experience and performance

 

🎯 Role Purpose

To conceptualize, design, and deliver digital, video, and print creative across our diverse brands:

• Aytas Association – Education, kids, creativity

• Tech Kid Foundation – 3D learning, coding, and tech-based child development

• Leaptek Soft Sol – Software & app branding

• UpGuage Solutions – Learning Management System transformation for hospitals/universities

 

🛠️ Daily Responsibilities (Structured for 8 Hours/Day)

Time Task Details

9:00–10:00 AM Daily Planning & Team Sync Briefs from team, task planning, check communication channels

10:00–1:00 PM Social Media Design 3–5 social media creatives/day across all brands (static + reels/posters)

1:00–2:00 PM Lunch / Flex Break (Reboot for creative freshness)

2:00–4:00 PM Video Design / Edits 1–2 video edits (reels, motion graphics, animated explainers, interviews)

4:00–6:00 PM Web + Branding Design Landing page banners, brochures, icons, logos, pitch decks, event visuals

6:00–7:00 PM Learning / Assets / Revisions Skill upgrade, downloading resources, rework, file delivery

 

🧩 Key Deliverables per Month

(Approximate expectations to measure productivity)

• ✅ 80–100 social media posts (static + carousel + reels)

• ✅ 10–15 promotional/edit videos (Reels, explainers, events, client demos)

• ✅ 3–4 PDF brochures, PPT decks, or brand kits

• ✅ 8–10 website banners / UI assets

• ✅ Design support for campaigns, mailers, case studies, events
