Role Description

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of experience to join our early-stage team. The product is live with users and evolving quickly. You’ll work across the stack and play a key role in building and refining our platform.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Thrives in startup environments and enjoys building from scratch
• Can take ownership and work autonomously
• Has strong technical foundations across frontend and backend
• Is curious about GenAI and real-world applications in regulated industries

You’ll be working with:

• Frontend: React, TailwindCSS, TypeScript
• Backend: Python (FastAPI)
• Database: Supabase (Postgres)
• Infra: Azure App Services, Azure Blob Storage
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions
• AI: Azure OpenAI, embeddings, RAG pipelines

Must-Have Skills

• 4–5 years of full stack development experience
• Strong in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices
• Proficient in Python, preferably FastAPI
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres is a plus)
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (Azure preferred)

Bonus Points

• Experience working with Generative AI or LLM-based applications
• Understanding of compliance-driven or regulated domains
• Interest in building product-focused, intelligent tooling
