The Opportunity: Be Our First Engineering Hire

Founding AI/Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a partner in building—someone who is excited by the challenge of a blank canvas, driven by user feedback, and passionate about leveraging the latest in AI to create a truly magical user experience.

What You'll Do

• Design & Build:

   Take the lead on designing, developing, and deploying user-facing features using 

  Next.js

  , 

  TypeScript

  , and 

  Supabase

  .

• Integrate Intelligence:

   Architect and implement seamless integrations with third-party Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, including 

  Gemini, OpenAI, Llama, and Claude

  .

• Drive the Product:

   Go beyond writing code. You will actively participate in product strategy, applying 

  design thinking

   to understand user needs and translate them into elegant, effective solutions.

• Own the Stack:

   Manage the full development lifecycle, from database schema design in Supabase to front-end component implementation and deployment.

• Leverage AI for Speed:

   Utilize AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development, focusing your energy on high-level architecture and delivering user value.

• Shape the Future:

   As a founding team member, you will help establish our engineering culture, best practices, and technical roadmap.

Who You Are

• An Experienced Builder:

   You have 

  4+ years of verified, professional experience

   in full-stack web development, with a portfolio or GitHub profile that showcases your work.

• A Next.js & TypeScript Pro:

   You have deep, hands-on experience building modern, scalable applications with Next.js and a strong command of TypeScript.

• Supabase Savvy:

   You have demonstrable experience building with 

  Supabase

   or a similar Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) like Firebase, including database design, authentication, and serverless functions.

• A Document Generation Expert:

   You have experience with client-side document generation (e.g., creating PDFs from structured data) using JavaScript libraries.

• An LLM Integrator:

   You have proven experience calling and managing APIs for major LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, etc.) and understand how to craft effective prompts and handle their responses in an application.

• A Product-Minded Engineer:

   You are obsessed with the end-user. You don't just build features; you build solutions to problems. You can demonstrate a user-centric and value-driven approach in your past work.

• An AI Adopter:

   You are comfortable and proficient with using AI coding assistants to augment your workflow.

• A Remote-First Communicator:

   You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are adept at collaborating effectively in a fully remote environment.
