Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Junior)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with around 1 year of hands-on experience in building web applications,both on the frontend and backend. You should be comfortable working across the stack, writing clean code, and collaborating with designers, product managers, and other developers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend features using React.js / Next.js / Vue.js
• Build and manage backend APIs using Node.js / Express / or similar frameworks
• Work with databases like MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive designs
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code with attention to performance
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain software and databases
• Participate in code reviews, sprints, and team discussions
• Understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in both frontend + backend roles
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and one or more frameworks like React.js / Vue.js
• Experience with Node.js and RESTful API development
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and modern dev tools
• Working knowledge of database queries and schema design
• Basic understanding of deployment processes and web hosting
• A mindset for clean code, reusability, and performance
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn fast and take initiative

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, Firebase, or AWS
• Building side projects or contributing to open-source
• Understanding of MVC architecture and testing frameworks
