🧩 About NPPD CARE

NPPD CARE is an early-stage healthtech and wellness startup building an ecosystem that includes:
  • A wellness-focused e-commerce platform
  • Subscription-based consultation & diagnostics
  • 360° wellness programs for individuals, corporates, and elderly care
  • Tech-enabled models to make preventive and holistic healthcare accessible
We're validating MVPs and launching multiple products in parallel, while preparing for our fundraising stage.

👨‍💻 Role Overview

As a

Full-Stack Developer

, you’ll take charge of building and maintaining key web platforms, dashboards, and backend systems for our health and wellness services. You’ll work closely with the product and tech teams to bring ideas to execution rapidly.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end scalable web applications (frontend + backend)
  • Integrate APIs for consultations, health records, and payment systems
  • Manage databases, authentication, and cloud-based deployments
  • Work on admin dashboards, partner portals, and e-commerce functionalities
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, product team, and wellness experts
  • Maintain code quality, documentation, and deployment workflows

✅ Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development
  • Proficient in React.js / Next.js, Node.js / Express, MongoDB / PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with cloud (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Git
  • Strong debugging, testing, and optimization skills
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently in a startup setting

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms or health-tech systems
  • Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, or healthcare integrations
  • Passion for wellness, public health, or digital health innovation
