About the Role

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with around 1 year of hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development. The position is remote, but we meet once a week in Srinagar for team sync-ups and collaborative sessions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain modern web apps using React, Next.js, and Node.js
• Design backend APIs and manage databases with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Deploy and manage services on AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Participate in weekly in-person meetups in Srinagar with the team
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and fellow developers
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs quickly and effectively

Tech Stack You Should Know

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Google Cloud (GCP)
• Version Control: Git, GitHub

• Based in Kashmir, with a strong preference for Srinagar
• At least 1 year of full stack development experience
• Strong understanding of modern web development practices
• Willing to attend weekly in-person meetups in Srinagar

Salary

₹2.5 LPA (Negotiable) based on skill and experience.
