Job Description

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer with experience React, Typescript, WCAG and excellent communication skills

Experience:

5+ years

Shift:

3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. IST

Mandatory Skills:

React, Typescript, WCAG & Excellent English communication skills to converse with US managers

Good to Have:

Playwright, Angular, PHP, Java, PostgreSQL, AWS, Github & Github Actions

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of frontend or full-stack software engineering experience with a distributed Product & engineering team using React, preferably with TypeScript.
Strong experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG), best practices, and testing Strategies using tools such as JAWS, NVDA and axe-core.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced software release environment, where you deliver Production-grade software daily for a system with millions of users.
You can contribute to the full software development life cycle – including writing Application code, writing unit/integration/automation tests, documentation, and Performance engineering.
Strong sense of customer empathy and a commitment to delighting customers.
Beneficial but not required: full-stack experience, E2E testing experience with Playwright or similar frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with your team to design, implement, and test features and bugfixes in our React application.
Collaborate with product managers and your team to refine the product backlog.
Promote engineering best practices within your team to ensure quality, accessibility, Performance, and maintainability of your software.
Be a champion of the customer’s voice and ensure our products are built with empathy.
