Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Surat. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing daily front desk operations, including greeting guests, handling reservations, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, this role involves maintaining a tidy front desk area, managing check-in/check-out processes, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
