Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Virtual Front Desk Agent located in Surat. The Virtual Front Desk Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, providing guest support, handling receptionist duties, and managing check-in and check-out processes. The Virtual Front Desk Agent will also be responsible for maintaining excellent communication skills and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience in receptionist duties, reservations, and check-in/check-out management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using computer software and operating systems
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
