Position: Franchise & International Partnerships Manager

Location: Delhi NCR 

Department: Business Development

Experience: 4–8 years in international sales, franchise development, or design-led business partnerships

Type: Full-time


Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, well-networked and entrepreneurial professional to spearhead franchise development and international dealer/retailer collaborations, primarily targeting the US and other global markets.


You will play a dual role:


* Identifying, onboarding, and managing international franchisees, authorized retailers, and sales partners

* Building collaborations with international interior designers, architects, and specifiers for B2B projects and custom orders


Key Responsibilities:

🌍 Franchise & Dealer Development

Identify and onboard international franchise and dealership partners (especially in the US, UAE, UK, and Southeast Asia)

Develop and pitch Bent Chair’s partnership models (franchise, authorized retailer, white-label) to potential partners

Negotiate commercials and set up operating agreements

Ensure brand guideline compliance across international partner locations


🛋️ Design & Trade Collaborations

Establish relationships with global interior designers, architects, and design studios

Present our product capabilities and initiate collaborations for residential and hospitality projects abroad

Support the onboarding of international design collaborators into our Bent Chair Design Community Program


🔗 Account & Market Development

Represent the brand at international trade shows and networking events

Generate regular reports on pipeline development, partner success, and territory expansion

Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, and logistics) to ensure successful project and partner delivery


Who You Are:

A strong communicator with international B2B sales or franchise experience (preferably in design, interiors, or lifestyle sectors)

Have a global outlook and experience working with international clients or partners

Strong network in the design community or luxury retail space is a big plus

Comfortable working in a startup-like environment with structured goals but fast execution
