About the Role: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee our freelance writer payment reconciliation process. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of our creative teams and business finance department, requiring exceptional organizational skills and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will implement and maintain comprehensive tracking systems, ensure payment accuracy, and facilitate timely disbursements while serving as the primary point of contact for payment-related inquiries from both internal teams and external writers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain tracking systems for assignments, deliverables, and payments. Verify and reconcile payment records with finance teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external payment queries. Conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely disbursements. Recommend improvements for process efficiency and documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Experience managing freelancer/contractor payments. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.). Familiarity with accounting basics and CRM/database systems.
