Finance Executive

We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day financial activities including bookkeeping, invoicing, collection of receivables and expense tracking. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements and monthly MIS reports to support decision-making. Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate GST returns filing. Handle TDS compliance and ensure accurate reporting in alignment with statutory requirements. Budget Monitoring: Monitor project budgets, analyse variances, and provide actionable insights for forecast adjustments and financial control. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and taxation laws. Collaborate with our accountants and financial advisors to maintain compliance. Accounts Receivable, Payroll & Petty cash: Oversee and coordinate the accounts receivable follow ups, support with payroll processing and manage petty cash reimbursements. Apply for this, if you: Have a degree in Finance/Accounts/ Commerce with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting is required. Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail Have integrity and honesty as key attributes Are tech savvy and are comfortable with platforms like Zoho and Razorpay Have good communication skills Location: This is a full-time role open to candidates based in Mumbai (preferable) or Bangalore.
