Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed sales targets. This position offers the opportunity to work independently and engage directly with clients in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to present products/services and understand their needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations that address client needs, demonstrate product features, and highlight benefits.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the Sales Manager.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on promotional strategies and materials.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain thorough knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,411.48 per month
