We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals. Set sales targets and monitor team performance through regular reviews and reports. Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. Ensure excellent customer service and address client concerns effectively. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
