Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and closing sales of water softener systems for residential, commercial, and industrial use. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and referrals. Conduct market research to target potential clients in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, builders, interior designers, and real estate developers for business opportunities. ✅ Sales & Business Development Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about the benefits of water softener systems. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals successfully. Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales. ✅ Customer Service & Relationship Management Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. ✅ Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✔️ Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). ✔️ Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in water treatment, home appliances, or a related industry. ✔️ Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in local language and English. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. ✔️ Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
