Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industries like interior design, tiles, marbles, wood, veneer, or elevators. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: - Identify and engage with potential customers to promote decorative stainless steel sheets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and distributors. - Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications effectively to clients. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company. - Identify and explore new market opportunities within assigned territories. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives. - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer preferences and market demand. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in related industries such as interior design, tiles, marbles, wood, veneer, or elevators. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Good understanding of the Indian market and customer preferences. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. - Willingness to travel as required.
