Field and Operation Manager Becoming the backbone of our restaurant and delivery partner operations, ensuring flawless execution and driving growth at every stage. As a Field and Operation Manager (FOM), you will manage the field operations team and partner closely with restaurant partners and delivery personnel to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. What purpose would you 'serve' Oversee field operations, ensuring that all delivery processes run smoothly, on time, and in alignment with Zomato's standards. Manage the performance and motivation of delivery partners (DPs), swiftly addressing operational challenges to ensure top-notch service. Collaborate with restaurant partners to educate them on best practices, ensure timely order processing, and maintain high-quality standards for a customer-centric experience. Use data-driven insights to monitor field performance, improve operational processes, and meet key KPIs and SLAs efficiently. Gather on-ground insights and proactively recommend real-time product improvements to ensure Zomato consistently delivers exceptional service and maintains the highest quality standards. Create field strategies to solve operational bottlenecks at pick-up or drop-off hotspots, enhancing efficiency. Expand EV infrastructure to support the goal of "Complete Electric Deliveries by 2030" Proactively resolve delivery-related issues, always keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront. What you need to bring to the 'table' Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. A minimum of 1 years of experience in operations, logistics, or similar roles. Experience working with diverse teams, including restaurants, delivery partners, and cross-functional departments, to drive operational success. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to dynamic work environments while maintaining professionalism. Passion for driving sustainability initiatives, including deploying EV infrastructure and expanding the EV fleet.
