Field Operations Manager – Ahmedabad Location: On-site, Ahmedabad Type: Full-time We’re a fast-growing business in the home services space — and we’re looking for someone who knows how to make things happen on the ground in Ahmedabad. Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. You'll lead field-level execution, coordinate hiring efforts, manage local workflows, and solve problems in real time. Think of it as part recruiter, part operator, part firefighter. You’ll be one of the earliest hires in our operations team and play a critical role in scaling our service footprint in Ahmedabad.
