Role: Field Operation About the Organization: Our client is a political organization that works on campaigns, communication, and public engagement. We are seeking a Field Operation Team to spearhead on-ground initiatives, volunteer mobilization, and voter outreach efforts. Job Details: -Tenure: Full Time -Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan -CTC: 5 - 6 LPA Job Responsibilities: -Conduct door-to-door canvassing, rallies, and community events. -Engage directly with voters to share campaign messages and collect feedback. -Recruit, train, and supervise field volunteers. -Organize field teams for efficient campaign communication. -Gather on-ground data and provide timely reports to the central team. Required Qualifications: -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
