Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: General Manager / Director of Operations
Supervises: Restaurant Managers, Banquet Managers, F&B Supervisors, Stewards

Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Venue’s dining operations, including restaurants, banquets, and POD service. They ensure exceptional service, high-quality food and beverage standards, operational efficiency, and profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurant, room service, and banquet operations.
  • Develop and implement F&B strategies, promotions, and pricing to increase revenue and guest engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service delivery.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the F&B department.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of F&B professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu consistency and timely service.
  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve service issues, and ensure personalized service.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and team meetings to maintain operational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in F&B operations with at least an years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, cost control, and menu planning.
  • Proficient in F&B software systems and POS platforms.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and guest service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
