Executive Quality Control

Job Title: Executive – Quality
Location: Madurai
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Take Home)
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech – Food Technology
Industry: Food Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure product quality at all stages of production.
• Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished goods quality checks.
• Maintain and implement quality control systems as per FSSAI and ISO standards.
• Handle lab testing, sensory evaluation, and shelf-life studies.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to quality parameters.
• Coordinate with the production team to address quality deviations and improvements.
• Conduct GMP, hygiene, and food safety audits within the plant.
• Support internal and external audits, including FSSAI, ISO, and customer audits.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for any non-conformities.
• Maintain calibration records of lab equipment and instruments.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO)
• Good analytical and observation skills
• Experience in lab testing and report preparation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work closely with production and QA teams

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Food Technology (Mandatory)
• Experience: 1 to 5 Years in a food processing / FMCG industry
• Gender: Male or Female (as per company requirement)
