is an online womens elective health platform, serving 4M women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, sleep, and nutrition.

Little Joys

is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental, and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, and bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

Opportunity

The Procurement Executive - Packaging will develop and execute procurement packaging strategies to drive innovation, ensure supply, manage costs, and uphold stewardship. Key responsibilities include strategy development, cost savings delivery, and supplier relationship management. We're seeking a detail-oriented individual who can take charge of sourcing and managing a wide array of packaging materials while coordinating seamlessly with vendors and internal stakeholders. If you're a packaging technologist with a flair for procurement and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Procure a wide range of packaging materials across categories:
    • Primary packaging: Laminates, Pouches, Bottles, Jars etc
    • Secondary packaging: Pouches, Labels, Mono cartons etc
    • Tertiary packaging: Corrugated Boxes, Courier Bags
  • Coordinate with vendors for packaging design finalization, artwork approvals, and print execution.
  • Ensure packaging materials comply with technical specifications and regulatory standards (FSSAI, GMP, BRC).
  • Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Track packaging inventory, forecast material needs, and align with production & supply planning teams.
  • Approve material samples and oversee trial batches to ensure packaging integrity and compatibility.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation including purchase orders, packaging specs, and QC checklists.
  • Coordinate with R&D, NPD, and TPM for new packaging development.
  • Create packaging specifications and ensure they meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage prototype development, testing (e.g., drop test, compatibility), and approval process.
  • Suggest sustainable and cost-effective packaging alternatives.
  • Monitor packaging material cost trends and propose cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with planning to maintain optimal inventory levels at TPM.
  • Work with TPM to ensure accurate and timely payments to PM vendors.
