Key Responsibilities Execute daily, weekly and monthly production schedules to meet quantity and quality targets efficiently. Monitor and coordinate RM and PM availability to ensure uninterrupted production. Maintain accurate Daily Production Reports (DPR) and sales documentation. Handle product accounting and stock reconciliation of FG, RM, and PM. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operational flow. Run MRP planning for timely procurement of RM and PM based on production needs. Qualification and Skills Required: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, etc.), B.Sc., or related field. 13 years of relevant experience in production planning, procurement, or supply chain (FMCG industry preferred). Familiarity with Excel/Google sheets and ERP systems (eg. SAP, Power-bi etc). Understanding of FMCG manufacturing processes, material planning, and vendor coordination. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with documentation, GRN, POs, and vendor follow-ups.
