Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive *HR Operations Executive* to manage core HR functions such as payroll processing, onboarding, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of HR procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle employee onboarding process including documentation, induction, and database creation
* Manage monthly payroll processing in coordination with the accounts team* Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data* Execute exit formalities, clearance, full & final settlements* Coordinate with departments for smooth employee lifecycle management* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws* Support HR team in audits and documentation

Required Skills:
* Hands-on experience with Onboarding and Exit Formalities* Familiarity with HRMS or Excel-based employee data handling* Strong communication and coordination skills* Ability to handle confidential information responsibly* Excel (Pivot Table, V lookup, H Lookup, Countif, Sumif etc.)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
