Requisition Position Title: Executive - Finance

Position Reports To: Manager - Finance

Hiring Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:

• Assist in accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payments, and Purchase Orders.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
• Help manage petty cash and update expense reports.

Data Entry and Record Maintenance:

• Maintain and update financial databases and records accurately.
• Collect and verify credit card statements and supporting documents. Liaise with cardholders to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation.
• Verify and process employee reimbursement claims.
• Ensure proper coding of expenses and adherence to company approval workflows.

Communication and Coordination:

• Work closely with internal teams to gather financial information and provide insights as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and other departments for financial queries and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (D-365 ).
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance (for India-based roles).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
