Jalan Group of Industries is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Directors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong track record of direct collaboration with senior leadership.
The candidate must have been directly working with Directors
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Director on daily activities.
* Send daily reports via email.
* Accurately fill out various online forms.
* Maintain daily reports ( MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets).
* Handle documents (legal and liaison work)
Qualifications:
* Post Graduate degree required.
* A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in an executive assistant or similar senior administrative role.
* Proven experience working directly with Directors for at least the past 3 years.
* Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets) is essential.
* A smart, confident, and proactive personality with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualities:
* Candidates with a stable family background are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
