Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the MICE sector, including key market drivers and operational requirements. Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals and maintain client satisfaction. Team Collaboration : Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Project Management : Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
