Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution (50%)

  • Develop, manage, and scale digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and partnerships.
  • Oversee campaign calendars and content coordination with design, content, and video teams.
  • Lead marketing performance tracking, brand consistency, and engagement metrics reporting.
  • Enhance website and social media presence, lead generation funnels, and donor engagement tools.
  • Collaborate with PR/media partners to increase visibility of Almawakening’s work.

Operations & Program Oversight (30%)

  • Plan and manage logistics for events, workshops, retreats, and outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee vendor and budget coordination, maintain trackers, checklists, and documentation.
  • Ensure timely execution and wrap-up of awareness campaigns, with post-campaign evaluations.

Team Coordination & Leadership (20%)

  • Supervise junior marketing or operations staff and interns (if applicable).
  • Coordinate across internal departments (partnerships, outreach, HR) to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Prepare executive updates, founder reports, and campaign performance presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields

    .
  • 5–7 years of experience

     in marketing, campaign management, or operations—preferably (not mandatory) in

    nonprofits, CSR teams, or social enterprises

    .
  • Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns, events, and multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Strong digital fluency:

    Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite

    .
  • Familiarity with

    WordPress, CRM systems

    , and automation tools like

    Zapier

     is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

    English

    .
  • Project management skills; familiarity with

    Trello, Asana

    , or similar platforms.
