About The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, tech-savvy professional who’s passionate about

ERPNext and business automation

. This is a pivotal role that blends technology, operations, and leadership, ideal for someone who loves solving business problems through

smart systems and process design

.Your primary mission will be to

design, develop, and optimize workflows in ERPNext and integrate it seamlessly with other tools like Google Workspace, Shopify, Gallabox, Amazon, and WhatsApp APIs.

This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to the MD and leadership team. You’ll play a critical part in transforming our legacy FMCG business into a modern, tech-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance ERPNext modules and workflows across Sales, Purchase, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, etc.
  • Develop custom scripts, validations, and automations inside ERPNext (e.g. custom fields, triggers, approvals, auto-emails).
  • Integrate ERPNext with third-party platforms like Shopify, Gallabox, Amazon, WhatsApp APIs, etc.
  • Write and deploy automation scripts in Google Apps Script, JavaScript, or Python for internal tools and reports.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, trackers, and alert systems for business teams.
  • Lead SOP creation and ensure process discipline through system-driven execution.
  • Train teams on ERPNext usage and promote tech adoption.
  • Lead AI adoption in the company, and automate all necessary workflows
  • Review and mentor your MIS team for performance and upskilling.

Candidate Requirements Mandatory

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext systems implementation, customization, or management.
  • Proven experience working with:
    • ERPNext (preferred) OR other ERPs with ability and willingness to quickly upskill to ERPNext.
