Job Description

Design and development of motors specifically for UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and electric vehicle applications. Required to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance motor solutions that meet stringent requirements in efficiency, weight, and reliability.

Design and optimize motors for UAV and electric vehicle applications, focusing on performance, efficiency, and thermal management.
Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for motor design and simulations.
Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to validate motor designs.
Build prototypes and oversee testing to evaluate motor performance against design specifications.
Develop and execute test plans to assess efficiency, torque, speed, thermal characteristics, and reliability.
Analyze test data and make necessary design adjustments.
