Role Summary:

QA Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform

    cross-browser and cross-device testing

    for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct

    functional, UI/UX, and regression testing

    to ensure quality across all platforms.
  • Validate

    email templates

    across major email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Yahoo, etc.) using tools like

    Litmus

    or

    Email on Acid

    .
  • Verify mobile responsiveness and pixel-perfect rendering of landing pages and websites.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and marketers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Maintain and execute detailed

    test cases

    ,

    test plans

    , and QA documentation.
  • Log and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Bugzilla).
  • Review web assets for accessibility, page performance, SEO-friendly structure, and broken links.

Key Skills & Tools:

  • Strong experience in

    manual testing

    for web and email platforms.
  • Familiarity with

    cross-browser testing tools

    like

    BrowserStack

  • Understanding of

    HTML/CSS

    and how web pages/emails are structured and styled.
  • Proficient in using

    QA tracking and documentation tools

    – JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, etc.
  • Experience in

    mobile web testing

    and responsive design validation.
  • Eye for detail in visual/UI checks, layout accuracy, and alignment.
  • Basic knowledge of

    web performance
