Roles & Responsibility:- To cover Private projects, builders, related architects, contractors. Conducting extensive field activities & follow up on potential clients. Preparation for future projects details or previous projects & other activities. Responsible for Market and Competitor Analysis. Meeting with Architects/ Builders/ Promoters & other institutional clients on regular basis. Contact decision makers (Architects/Interior Designers/Specifiers)to discuss current projects and to get our products specified in their projects Identify the top architectural and Interior Designing firms Gap analysis finding out architects/ influencers who are not specifying our products and evolve strategy to tap them. Coordinating business generation activities with other departments Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information Preferred candidate profile
