Key Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and optimize targeted email campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions. Develop customer journeys using marketing automation tools. Manage subscriber segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Work with the content and design teams to craft high-impact email creatives. Monitor campaign KPIs and implement data-driven improvements. Ensure compliance with spam laws and email best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Key Requirements : 2+ years of proven experience in email marketing. Hands-on experience with platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Sendinblue, or similar. Strong understanding of email performance metrics and deliverability. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for emails (basic to moderate). Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce (optional but a plus). Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
