We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will craft compelling email campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

Design & Execution:

● Create high-converting email templates that align with brand voice and campaign goals.

● A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and layouts for maximum impact.

Analytics & Optimization:

● Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversions using tools - Salesforce

● Use insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI.

Audience Engagement:

● Develop personalized messaging that resonates with target users and compels action.

● Segment email lists for tailored campaigns (e.g., leads vs. existing customers).

Collaboration:

● Work with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

● Stakeholder Management - Proactively communicate with internal Sales Teams and internal Clients

Skills & Qualifications

● Proven experience in email marketing

● Strong copywriting skills with a knack for persuasive messaging.

● Proficiency in analytics to track and interpret campaign performance.

● Familiarity with A/B testing and list segmentation.
