Ā·Ā Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks ELEC System Knowledge. In-depth understanding of ELEC systems, including different types of equipment, ductwork, piping, controls, and their interactions within a building's structure.
Ā·Ā Building Systems Coordination: The ability to coordinate ELEC systems with other building systems (structural, architectural, Electrical, plumbing, etc.) to identify and resolve clashes or conflicts.
Ā·Ā 3D Modeling and Visualization: Proficiency in creating accurate 3D models and visualizations of ELEC systems to communicate design concepts effectively.
Ā·Ā Shall be able to work independently with minimal monitoring
Ā·Ā Maintain standards of information presentation and ensure accuracy in delivery.
Ā·Ā Shall be able to perform Self-checking/vetting of all drawings before issue to checker/reviewer.
Ā·Ā Coordinate with other team members to ensure the model & Details being delivered are coordinated to avoid any clashes & Ensuring Integrated delivery.
