Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Specialist located in Surat. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, optimising product listings and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, processing online orders, and providing customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
