Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to efficiently manage product listings, inventory, order processing, customer service, and advertising campaigns across leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
• Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts or excess stock.
• Oversee timely and accurate processing of customer orders and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and improve product performance.
• Develop and manage advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms to increase product visibility and sales.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Update and maintain the company website with the latest products, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or online retail.
• Proficiency with e-commerce seller platforms such as Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
