eCommerce Inventory Operations Executive (0-3 years)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:E-commerce Operations Management:Oversee and manage day-to-day supply operations for multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).Monitor and manage inventory and fulfillment to ensure a smooth process from stock replication to delivery.Continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and platform performance. Data Analysis & Reporting:Use Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, returns, and operational efficiency.Analyze data from e-commerce platforms to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting key metrics and suggesting actionable insights. Order & Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels across platforms and proactively manage re-ordering and restocking based on trends, seasonality, and sales forecasts. Preferred Qualifications:Experience0-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or related fields.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.Experience with stock replication and inventory forecasting is a plus. Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
