E-commerce Operations Manager

Job Summary: We're looking to hire an immediate joiner for the role of e-Commerce Operations Manager in our rocketship team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience across top marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, AJIO, Shopify, etc. and strong operational knowledge of Easycom (OMS) software. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless backend operations, order fulfillment, product listing accuracy, inventory management, and timely coordination with platform teams and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces and brand website (Shopify)
• Order Fulfillment: Monitor daily order flow, coordinate timely dispatches, and resolve logistics issues
• Inventory Management: Track and maintain stock across channels using Easycom & internal tools
• Returns & Cancellations: Handle reverse logistics, claim filing, and customer resolutions
• Product Listings: Ensure accurate and optimized listings, cataloging, and content uploads
• Oversee pricing and discount management across all e-commerce platforms to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and platform compliance.
• Marketplace Coordination: Liaise with account managers from Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Tata Cliq, etc.
• Sales & Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, stock movement, and returns to optimize performance
• Reconciliation: Work with the finance team for order, payment, and return reconciliations using Easycom

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations (Marketplace & D2C)
• Strong knowledge of Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, AJIO, Shopify backend operations
• Proficiency in Easycom & e-commerce software
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle, listing protocols, return policies, and vendor panels
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and tracking
