E-Commerce Manager

Location: Gurugram
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Kalakriti is a leading ceramic serveware brand with over 30 years in B2B and a fast-growing presence on online marketplaces. We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others.

Role Overview:

This is a full-time, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, ads, and overall performance on marketplace platforms. You'll work closely with the design, inventory, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and drive online growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Write and optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and A+ content for better visibility and conversions
• Monitor orders, returns, and cancellations, and coordinate with packaging and logistics
• Handle daily operations across seller dashboards, ensuring smooth execution and timely deliveries
• Run and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart (sponsored ads, deals, coupons)
• Track sales data, campaign results, and platform analytics to improve performance
• Work with design and content teams to get required creatives and uploads ready
• Maintain compliance with platform policies and avoid listing errors or penalties

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience handling e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Dashboard, etc.
• Hands-on experience with ad campaign setup and optimization
• Comfortable working with Excel, basic reporting tools, and regular follow-ups
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take full ownership of marketplace management
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams
