Execute and maintain manual tests for features, bug fixes, and system-level validations. Perform system, integration, regression, and performance testing for DMS applications (Power Flow, State Estimator, Volt Var Control, Fault Location, etc.). Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to ensure test coverage and quality. Document test plans, test cases, and test results in alignment with project standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Contribute to continuous improvement activities in the project for improving the quality and accuracy of the tests. Track and report defects and manage test execution using tools like JIRA. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Use your skills to move the world forward! Bachelors or masters degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech). 4"“6 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on power system applications. Hands-on experience with SCADA, EMS, DMS, or OMS systems. Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Squish, Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar). Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or Shell) for automation. Knowledge of test and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, X-Ray, TMS). Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies and software testing life cycle (STLC). Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
