Job Description

Role Overview -

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager – 2W Category to drive end-to-end growth and efficiency of the 2W vertical. You will own category performance, unlock strategic opportunities, and orchestrate operations to maximize rider acquisition, network utilization, and on-ground excellence.

This role sits at the intersection of problem-solving, analytical rigor, and execution. Ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, this is your chance to build the playbook for scaling 2W across new geographies and use-cases.


Key Responsibilities -


Category Strategy & P&L Ownership :

  • Own business KPIs for the 2W vertical across demand, utilization, and economics.
  • Deep-dive into unit economics and design interventions to drive profitability and sustainability.
  • Partner with Founders and Leadership to identify levers for unlocking next-level growth.


Market Expansion & Network Planning :

  • Shape geo-expansion strategy and guide location planning using data and field insights.
  • Identify white spaces, fleet clusters, and underserved corridors.
  • Oversee rollout sequencing, station readiness, and onboarding velocity


Cross-Functional Execution Engine

  • Act as a bridge between central, city, and field teams – ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Solve operational bottlenecks in real-time and build scalable SOPs.
  • Work with Product, Ops, and Finance to build tools, incentives, and controls.


Data & Insights-Driven Decision Making :

  • Define and monitor performance dashboards across key lifecycle funnels (e.g. onboarding, activation, retention).
  • Lead problem-solving sprints on top issues – churn, idle assets, low-yield stations, etc.
  • Translate insights into pilots, process changes, or product requests.


Strategic Projects & Special Initiatives :

  • Design and run experiments on pricing, partnerships, and micro-market models.
  • Explore new revenue streams such as BaaS, rentals, and hybrid models.


Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Economics from a top-tier institution :MBA preferred.
  • 5–9 years of experience in strategy, growth ops, consulting, or category management.
  • Strong analytical toolkit: SQL, Excel, and growth analytics platforms.
  • Comfortable managing field realities with a structured problem-solving mindset.
  • Track record of high ownership and operating in unstructured environments.
  • Prior exposure to EV, mobility, logistics, or tech-enabled ops is a plus.
