We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Manager to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in direct sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales decisions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
