Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Diploma Engineer Trainee - Electronics located in Pune. The Diploma Engineer Trainee will be responsible for supporting the electronics engineering team in assembly, production, designing, testing, and maintaining electronic components and systems. The role involves assisting in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting electronic devices, and supporting team leads in various projects and tasks. The trainee will also document procedures and results, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and understanding of electronic circuits and components
• Ability to work with electronic testing and measurement equipment
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in electronics
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
• Relevant 03 year regular diploma in Electronics or a related field
• Experience with CAD software and circuit simulation tools is a plus
