Job Description

As a dynamic and results-driven Consultant Digital Sales Manager at Scholastic in Bangalore, you will be leading outreach and sales efforts for digital products. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education technology, adept at relationship building, and proficient in delivering results through strategic engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption of digital solutions in top schools, manage client relationships, and ensure the smooth implementation of our offerings. This high-impact role combines sales, account management, and customer success, making it a pivotal position in our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with key decision-makers at schools to establish strong relationships and clearly communicate value propositions. - Schedule product presentations for stakeholders to showcase Scholastic's digital solutions. - Coordinate and execute product trial sessions within schools. - Organize and lead webinars for parents to promote student subscriptions for digital products. - Drive student subscription sales through consultative and strategic engagement. - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate product testing, installations, and smooth onboarding. - Plan and organize teacher training programs and ensure the proper implementation of digital products. - Support ongoing customer engagement and provide exceptional post-sales service. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent negotiation skills and customer service orientation. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Knowledge or experience in School Sales.
