Groto 🚀 is a pro UI/UX design studio that helps B2B businesses scale faster by creating user-centric, data-driven digital products. Our work has helped global brands like Budweiser, KPMG, Aditya Birla, and Naukri raise over $15M USD in the last year alone. We work fast, think bold, and obsess over what users really need.


We’re also building Lumo—our in-house edtech platform focused on empowering the next generation of freelancers and creative entrepreneurs through top-tier content, community, and practical upskilling courses. From B2C, we’re running smart, performance-led campaigns that speak to our target.


Now, we’re looking for someone who can scale that momentum with strategy, funnels, and fire content.


Role Summary

We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can plan and execute full-funnel inbound campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll own everything from lead magnets to Meta ads, email nurture to content calendars. If you’re a creative strategist with a performance brain—this role was made for you.


Key Responsibilities

🎯 Build Funnels: Plan and execute lead magnet flows, freebies, and nurture sequences across Lumo and Groto.

📣 Own Content Strategy: Shape narratives across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and Email—backed by community insights and keyword trends.

⚙️ Campaign Execution: Work with the design, SEO, and production teams to ship fast and iterate faster.

📩 Emails & Newsletters: Guide structure and copy for client emailers, Lumo newsletters, and referral campaigns.

📊 Optimize Performance: Analyze CAC, CTR, CPL, open rates, conversions—and launch tests that move numbers.

📈 Meta Ads + Landing Pages: Plan creatives, write GTM briefs, run A/B tests, and tweak pages for maximum impact.

🧪 Run Experiments: Suggest platform-specific ideas to improve reach, engagement, and conversion at every touchpoint.


Must-Have Skills

💡 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing—bonus if it’s in EdTech, creator-led brands, or B2B services.

💡 Proven experience building and running inbound funnels with solid creative instincts.

💡 Familiarity with SEO, ads, email marketing, landing pages—and how they all work together.

💡 Doesn’t need to write every post or design every ad, but knows how to steer the creative to align with goals.

💡 Data-literate, growth-focused, and excited to test fast and scale what works.
