Digital Marketing Strategist

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Beat Edu Center of Excellence, you will play a vital role in leading our online marketing initiatives to expand our digital presence and reach learners across India and beyond. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies, managing various platforms including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and email marketing, as well as planning and optimizing paid campaigns to generate leads and enrollments. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with content creators, designers, and academic teams to align marketing goals, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, and staying updated with digital trends, competitors, and edtech industry developments. Additionally, you will be tasked with optimizing website traffic, landing pages, and lead conversion funnels to enhance brand visibility and awareness. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the edtech or training sector. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms is essential, as well as a strong understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills are also key requirements for this position. If you are based in Calicut or willing to relocate, and possess Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications, experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.), and knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.), it would be considered a plus.
